United Methodist Women
The United Methodist Women is a group
of women in each congregation organized for mission. Poplar Grove UMW meet the
first Wednesday of each month March - June and September - December, usually at
1:00 p.m. at the church. We have programs that encompass mission education,
spiritual growth, and social action, with a continuing focus on the needs of
women, children and youth. All women of the church are invited to attend the
meetings and become a part of an organization that supports missions locally,
throughout the United States and worldwide.
